A long-time fav was Creepy-Jesus-on-Crutches that a place in Oak Cliff had for a few years. I have my own brand of oddball religious shrine in my bathroom, featuring "Money House Blessing Spray (contains 20% more!)" and the ever popular "Three Wisemen Religious Spray (contains real myrrh!)" Oh. And who can forget "Stop Evil Floor Wash." Although after reading the instructions, I was a bit afraid that I would be stopping the evil from leaving rather than keeping it out if I were to try it...kringiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10613265814820933371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2451669011973191211.post-78475230529525266122011-04-24T11:24:53.369-05:002011-04-24T11:24:53.369-05:00Whew! And apparently, human sacrifice and cannibalism were part and parcel for the folks who lived here before Europeans came. <br />The good news is that the Spanish took syphilis home with them. So not only could they talk a good game about sexual repression, they could give stunning examples of why sex is dirty bad business. Fascinating. Personally, I find all religions pretty wacky, even my own.indigo warriorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05257016918040681283noreply@blogger.com
